My ISPY experience could be summed up in a million words. However, picking just three words they would be motivational, inspirational and unforgettable. From the moment ISPY began I felt part of the World's Greatest Family. The ISPY experience equipped me with new and exciting life-skills, experiences and memories. ISPY was life changing, personally and professionally. Thank you ISPY.

I just wanted to thank you so much for making ISPY 2008 such a memorable event, I made so many friends learned so much about myself and about others, but most of all I have been able to bring back so many new techniques to share with my fellow co-workers so that we are able to maximize our onboard sales. I truly loved listening to you, Helen and Frankie speak at our first session, I found the three of you to be such motivational speakers, that presentation was done very well, I took advice from that session that I am able to use in my everyday life not just onboard.
The entire week at ISPY was just amazing, your entire staff was so warm and accommodating, this was an experience I will truly cherish for many years.
Winning my award was truly an honour, my co-workers are so proud of me, and I am now in the process of changing our Duty Free P.A announcements and making other changes that I believe will be a great change for our sales onboard.

I learned how to display the products, the good relationship that you have to build with the passengers, because there is a saying that “people buy products from people they like” and I got the chance to upgrade my communication skills. I also learned that you have to know your products so you can provide the passengers with information about products they wish to purchase.
I got the chance to meet cabin attendants from all over the world and we got the opportunity to exchange our experiences.

I would love to share with you guys what I have gone through during my short acquaintance with ISPY. The knowledge that I gained is the 'X 'factor for me to enhance my soft skills. I was so impressed with the ISPY team trainers and instructors for their effort in making the courses a success. The way they took part together with us, really was an eye opener to me. The knowledge and experiences that they shared with us was priceless. I am really grateful for it.
It rare to find an owner like Christine who really sets her foot into very detail, which I think is needed. Her emotive words left me feeling 'MARVELLOUS" .

This was the 8th year that Malaysia Airlines have participated in the "Oscars" or "Grammys" of In-flight Sales and we are proud to be part of it since 1999. I must say that the ISPY just keeps getting better and better. There is always something to look forward to every time.
The venue was excellent. The balance between pressure (for the Crew) and pleasure was just perfect. The conference was enlightening and workshop stimulating.
