Case study number one:
This client was struggling to implement a sales culture within its crew workforce. Management directives and even crew incentives up till then had little to no impact.
We recommended that they recruit and we train, a carefully selected group of crew with a proven sales track record and empower them to develop the sales culture within their crew community. This involved them learning how to behave using emotional intelligence, to motivate, coach, present and train.
The results have been astonishing. Sales have significantly increased and are continuing to do so, but just as importantly the desired sales culture is fast becoming a reality and all stakeholders are benefiting; crew have improved job satisfaction and are earning more commission, the sales coaching team are highly motivated and effective through seeing their influence bring instant results and the Company are benefiting through having a motivated and ‘happy’ workforce. Equally as importantly customers are receiving a more enthusiastic and professional sales service and the revenues from sales are exceeding targets.
Case study number two:
In this case it was our clients’, client’s workforce that needed our help. Everyone involved knew that the potential to significantly increase sales was there, but they were uncertain where to start and what to give priority to.
We engaged with both parties offering independent advice & support.
The results included a clear strategy being formulated, a number of training initiatives being undertaken, and a review of the crew commission structure and incentive programme. All this happened within a very tight time frame.
Both companies now enjoy a much closer relationship and are working ‘hand in glove’ to further improve sales.
